Fielder picks up the ball. Both batmen are in. Instead of chucking the ball back to the bowler (who has bowled the final ball of the over) or to the wicket keeper (who is (obviously) at the far end) he tosses it gently to the nearest fielder, standing at mid on.
Roy calls them for a second run, which they complete easily, while every Bangladesh player stands and looks incredulous.
