NZ cricket board are notorious for this. They play very few home test matches and fill their international calendar with ODIs and T20.

The T20 world cup is next year so that's a convenient excuse for the T20 emphasis

The locations are noteworthy too, with Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland only getting T20s, with the Tests in Hamilton and Mount Maunganui
