Wolves are now 8th in the PL and yet have only found the net 14 times in 19 matches - compared to City's 53 and Liverpool's 52. Their last eight games have not had more than one goal in the match in total from both sides - five goals in total in 720 minutes of football
Signs for Charlton and after an injury free career of 1,622 consecutive appearances breaks down after 12 minutes of his CHARLTON debut and is out for 4-6 weeks (in Charlton speak, in reality the rest of the season )
edit : sorry that sounds true , so shouldn't be on this thread
I've mentioned them a few times but the Tranmere story this season is getting ridiculous - they sit currently 2nd in League 2 having scored just 24 goals from 23 games. When has a club ever finished runner up in any division having barely managed a goal a game? To put their "achievement" in more perspective, the bottom club, Oldham, have scored just two goals less but gained 23 points fewer.

Goals win games... Clean sheets get you promoted
Both teams have scored in a Tranmere game just twice this season

They have now scored more (17) in the last two and a half games than Barnsley have all season. And Mitrovic hasn't even scored any of Fulham's four goals so far tonight
Prior to last Saturday Andrew Dallas had gone 18 consecutive games without scoring. That day his side, Solihull, defeated Southport 3-0 in the F A Trophy and then today they beat Dover 5-0 in the National League. Dallas scored all eight goals. Not sure how Dallas felt though today as he was denied the opportunity to score more as he was brought off after 56 minutes!

Helps if you've got one if the best defences ever, though.
Not sure this is the right thread but I'll let Sue Gray be the judge of that
Bit of a Fulham special, do we need to look up teams that have scored 19-25 goals this season before the weekend?
