I spoke to the Donny box office early this morning and I was told that the tickets being returned for collection would be either on a supporters coach or the team bus! Now I doubt whether the team will be travelling up Sunday morning so it is possible that the tickets will be available to collect when they open at the 9.00am time I was quoted. Alternatively maybe @Ollywozere or another member of staff is taking them up?
I shall be plotted up within 30 mins of the ground and will phone them early and try and update lifers on the situation.
We're taking the collections up with us and dropping them at the ground when we get there around three hours before kick-off. We're heading up on Saturday afternoon, though, so may see if we can drop them off then so they can be available to pick up asap on Sunday. We have a story going out shortly confirming all the info fans need to know about picking up tickets on the day.
Following on from when I was a little boy's comment about the staff in the ticket office doing such a good job, I would also like to add my thanks to your comms team Olly. I think the club have done well communicating the score to the fans over the last week and upholding the buzz ahead of the game. Good effort all round

I'll second that.
Irrespective of the nutjob of an owner and lack of a SMT, the staff at the sharp end are what's holding things together. Let's never forget that.
Even if the club gets the tickets to Doncaster on Saturday, how many people on the coaches or trains are going to get to the ground much before 11/11:30 to collect their ticket?
Will be carnage
I would have picked yours up for you nice and early but as you never offered two of your batch of tickets.............what goes round comes round
You don't need to We received our 19 tickets in the post. Hope everything goes ok. 1st train doesn't get in til 10.50 at least 1/2 walk to ground or taxi. Coaches don't normally arrive till an hour before kick off.

Safe journey up, if we bump into you see you there.
"The club has noticed a trend of families purchasing together and want to give more families the opportunity to attend next week’s game, which is why the decision was made to open the previously-closed East Stand Block B."
Oh yeah, very magnanimous, you want to sell to families so they can all sit together. like it would be different if the demand was for single tickets? It's not as if hundreds of single tickets have been mopped up over the last 24 hours. Family Stand prices been applied to Block B, have they? No? What? Are you sure?
Every single opportunity to lie to us like we're dribbling imbeciles - Pyongyang and Riyadh have nothing on roly when it comes to propaganda and bare-faced lying. It's not as if anybody even gives a toss about the decision. There is demand and it would be moronic to ignore it. To dress it up as something nice and considerate rather than just fundamental common sense is loudly symptomatic of the owner's mental state.
The block is being opened up to meet the demand.
What ludicrous cock and bull story will be spewed out to glorify the opening of block A, or any in the West? "...we've noticed that schools, charities and bridge clubs have been purchasing tickets and want to patronise them effusively with the opportunity to all sit in rows together to feel really special..."
I hope roly's paid the stationery supplier recently, cos that's a lot of ticket stock to find, must be more for this one fixture than half the season put together. To say nothing of the franking machine bill, the bungling fistula will be furious about this month's overheads, he'll have it in for the office staff being so extravagant, thank Christ it's May time and the lights can be kept off despite all the hours everybody's working. ..whisper it very quietly..overtime? for ticket office staff? roly will spontaneously combust

No probs just give me your credit card number, it's expiry date and security number on the reverse
Does anybody know how reliable this Olly fella is?
Just got visions of him having all the collections in his Matalan jean pocket, getting off at the services on the A1 to have a whizz and for the collections to go missing when he's browsing at the top shelf in WH Smith after said whizz.
