Interesting reading through the comments, been here since Thursday just seen Kylie and now at West Holts for Roy Ayers, its been a fantastic experience and so far I have really, really enjoyed it.
In the good bracket, Keane, Kylie, The Killers, Fatboy Slim, Faithless, that George Ezra bloke and the Hackney Colliery Band.
I didnt enjoy, Lauren Hill or Janet Jackson.
To my mind, the main difference is that the later played their music at the audience, the former played their music with the audience, its not that hard.
Its been a fantastic weekend, I paid £275 for my ticket and very happy for someone in front to wave a flag, wear a brexit thong or set off a smoke bomb, its been brilliant.
Bonus learning the Cure geezer is still alive, I am pretty gullible I guess.
Definitely want to come back next year!!
Oh and for a soulboy the late night pop up soul events have been a real highlight, we have been averaging a 3am finish. Quality and so glad Teggy convinced Ali and I to come along.

Didn’t know Roy Ayers was playing there, make sure you don’t miss him mate, he’s brilliant.
He’s also at the Jazz Cafe in August, will be going to see him myself.
Kylie was singing over her records a lot of the time, which I always find poor form. I can never take someone seriously, if they are not capable of actually singing live.
Looks like a couple of people enjoyed it a Glastonbury!
You could put half the residents of Floyd Road on stage and have them opening and closing their bum cheeks to the tune of La Cucaracha and people would enjoy it.

Kylie channeling her inner Farrah Fawcett.
Both complete idols in my eyes.
That red suit.
Yep, definitely, nailed on

10 % fantastic
10 % watchable
80 % utter shite
Wouldn't have had them down to headline a mainstream festival like Glastonbury, maybe something smaller like Bestival.
Before Glastonbury became mainstream this was the norm.
Love it.
