Seems like Josh is beginning to settle at Anderlecht and is regarded as one of their top three players by Philippe Albert. Very recognisable qualities in this report.

A loan player that I will always view as one of our lads. I feel the same about Gallagher, JDS and Bielik from recent years, but JC had so much character; old school pro.17

Best loan signing ever for Charlton? Certainly in the running.Probably pipped by Jorge Costa for me, but Josh was here longer.14

Come back Josh. A bit like the other JC.0

Cullen was definitely one of those who "got" being at Charlton. He had played at a few places but never really left a mark but he certainly did for us. Proper old=school player. No frills just a consistent performer who did what was asked of him as well as showing extraordinary commitment levels given we were just a loan club.
That attitude will serve him well for the remainder of his career and I would love to see him come back to us one day8 -
If we stayed up like we should of done i always felt that Cullen would become our player. Unfortunately we had those 'characters' involved so it probably would never of happened. If TS was their then maybe.5

The most Parker-like player since Parker himself.

Jorge Costa was a class above but Cullen goes down as my favourite ever Charlton loanee. His performances, that cross at Wembley and just his likeable demeanour. Really hope he goes on to have an exceptionally successful career.13

Yeah Josh was so integral to our success the season we went up. Great player. Always will be one of my favourites loans. Would love to see him back in the red shirt again.

Lovely read (article) comes across as a nice, loyal, young man. His input into that Wembley winner is why we scored, be nice to see him back playing in the not to distant future.1
