i know you should never expect your team to lose but i think blackburn and luton are more winnable games - now i am not saying pick a team and get hammered - but i wouldnt blame bowyer for saving stronger players for saturday.
Saving players?
Most of this lot have missed big chunks of the season.
They need to roll their bloody sleeves up. Work their nuts off and get a result!

We played a pretty strong team against Stoke and got well beaten

A real 'free hit' of a game as this looks a home banker with our away form. Against the better sides we do ok and maybe tonight we might just nick a point. Unlikely though, 3-0 to Forest.
We’ll lose but the fight will be back in the team. The march to safety starts on Saturday.
I'm know you dont mean it literally EA, but I don't think we will be marching anywhere. We are in a dogfight now and we are going to have to guts our way to survival. Blackburn on Saturday will be no gimme, especially if we lose tonight and other results go against us. Last Saturday surely exploded the notion that a full strength squad would signal a return to early season form.
That's your opinion, I'm still very confident we'll pull out of this slump and finish a decent margin above the relegation zone.
I genuinely think that precariousness of situation is being over played by some. Not all our ills can be blamed on the injuries but if you don't believe we could/would have picked up just 6 more points during that barren run without Taylor, Williams and Cullen, then I think you're being overly pessimistic about the ability this team has when they are "on it".
Those players, along with others, are back now and getting fitter and sharper and things should get better from here. Yes we're going to have bad days and off days. It won't always be pretty, we are fighting for survival after all and confidence has inevitably taken a bashing during that bad run. But, I keep hearing words like we'll need a "miracle" - well it's just plain hyperbole. Luton need a miracle, we've still yet to even drop into the bottom three and it can't happen for at least two more matches.
I'm not pretending that we haven't been playing poorly, or that we're in anything other than a less than ideal situation, but there are extenuating circumstances for the prolonged spell of form, we're not in the bottom three of either the league table or the form table, we have home games to come against key opponents, and our squad should only get stronger and fitter from here - a squad which competed very well before being ripped apart by injuries.
Time will tell, but to my eyes, the evidence says this run of form a) is not quite as dire as some are making out and b) will snap at some point soon and we will get enough points to stay up. I personally think that once it clicks again we'll get on a run and stay up fairly comfortably, but it's all crystal ball gazing so none of us know what will happen.
