Surely the Meantime brewery should be involved? Their Anytime IPA is lovely.
This. The meantime brewery is a 10 minute walk from the ground (maybe 15). The club should be working in partnership with local businesses
    Brewed locally. Japanese owned businesses.

Meantime aren't an independent brewery though, so unless their owners (Asahi) win the overall contract, it's unlikely that whoever wins the main supplier deal would include Meantime as well.

Their beer is quite expensive too, how much would a pint at The Valley cost, £6? £7?

  • 2 beers from London based breweries, rotating beers from Gypsy Hill, Brew by numbers and Kernal.
1 beer from near opposition team.

Sure Meantime would go down well as a local firm and with beer connoisseurs but what about those that just want a decent lager?  What is their lager, if any, like?

    IPA is a good idea

Thanks for that mate. Didn't realise the brewery was located there! Like their stuff a lot. Will have to pay the shop a visit next time I'm home and at The Valley.

    As for three beers:

Hop House 13 (Guinness); Clockwork Tangerine (BrewDog); Nelson's Revenge or Wherry (Woodforde's).

Diamond White or any Aldi own strong cider.  Love a good drink whilst smoking in the bogs or scrapping in the family section...

Blue Moon! Would love a pint of that at The Valley. I don’t expect the orange slice but I’d take one if they’re getting fancy.

I will give you a 'like' for listing a Cider, and a good one at that.

you started off well. half way through your're not doing badly at all. then at the end you completely lost it. Orangeboom?! do me a favour, might as well keep with Fosters.

Slightly different take, but rotating taps with beers from the nationalities of our players would be fun...

    Not just The Valley, anywhere:

    Harveys
    Adnams
    Timothy Taylors
I talked my local into getting Harvey’s and Timothy Taylor and it’s gone  down a treat - I must admit I like the bottles of Deucher in crossbars as well

Eggenberg Samichlaus, Bush Ambreè, Fullers Ltd. Ed. Imperial Stout.

Given the likely lack of demand though I'd suggest:
    • Wychwood Hobgoblin - probably the best of the budget beers.
    • Belhaven Black - there needs to be a stout.
    • Crouch Vale Brewers Gold - for warm days and trying to wean the kids off of lager.

I think the Police might have something to say if The Valley started serving beers that strong!
