I hope the ref adds on enough time for all this timewasting by Boro.

I know it won't make any difference as we won't score in a month of Sundays but it's the principle.
    Time wasting already?
We need to somehow punish them
Let us see if Phillips time waste today

53' Lyle Taylor has been booked for a dive just inside the box. A lot of anger from the Valley faithful as that certainly looked like some clumsy defending and that we should have had a penalty. #cafc 0 #boro 1

Replays show it could have been given as a foul

If Taylor isn't getting decisions with his grappling, he needs to adapt and change his game plan. Was never going to get a pen there

    LMAO Taylor booked for diving...
    Joke refereeing.

That'll wind up Taylor. Perhaps that's what we need?

I blame ESI. They knew we were in the shit without some investment and improving the team. It's been glaringly obvious for months
Absolutely nobody could have predicted this drop in form.

You are joking. It's been on the cards for months
Nope I'm not. There were no dissenting opinions when much of CL were predicting us moving back up the table once we had got past our injury crisis.
    Hindsight is 20/20.
I'm as disappointed as anybody in our form and results, I'm just saying that it wasn't predicted. I'm happy to be proved wrong as I don't read all the comments, but I didn't see any when we had a fully fit squad.

Many were also predicting that getting our injured players back was not necessarily gonna sort the problem out. If we go down, then ESI have to take a lot of the blame. All talk and no do (super duper phone etc) :)

    Dose of our own medicine?
The trouble is a) the ref always adds on plenty of time (and then some) when we do it, and b) we're shit at it!

There were plenty of dissenters and everyone called them bedwetters.

55' Chance! Williams crosses from the left, Oshilaja sends a decent header goalwards, but Stojanovic makes the save. #cafc 0 #boro 1

56' Another good move from the Addicks. It's cut back by Bonne and Pratley places a shot wide. #cafc 0 #boro 1

58' The Addicks have their tails up. Another good ball into the box is hacked away and we have a throw in the final third. #cafc 0 #boro 1

Corner, Middlesbrough. Conceded by Adedeji Oshilaja.

  • Lately we have always played a lot better in the second half. But it's kinda to little to late.

Awful pass from Oshilaja to break down our chance to counter... Luckily their shot was awful.
