He fucked us up because he didn't indicate any consequences regarding what the EFL could do and the threat to the club. In fact he seemed to hint the opposite. The Judge referred to this as giving doubt the club would suffer.
I doubt we will hear from MM again after that nonsense of a showing. Any of us could have done better. Even Elfs with his current predicament!
He had one bloody job after all his chatter over the months and then fecks it up... Amateurs! Not blaming our lawyer she can only work with what she's given and in this occasion its fallen short in all probability.

Surely our his legal side review and submit the evidence though and would pick that up?
EDIT changed "our" to "his" as this is one shoddy ownership vs another rather than us v Elliot (even though of course we favour the former getting a result).

So you think he had free reign in writing that evidence statement and no-one checked it?

Today was about who has the right to sell the club; after working out who owns the club.
ITK folk rarely know all the details from both sides.
The long suffering fans continue to suffer.
The strong implication all afternoon is that Mihail was instructing her and he fucked up.
So yes his fault.
Thanks @MuttleyCAFC
