For what it's worth the other fans are clearly not laughing at the guy being racist. If you watch the clip back you can see them laughing beforehand, probably at some moron running along the touchline.

People have taken a screenshot of the exact moment he's doing it (which was just 1 second) and therefore it looks like they're laughing at him doing that.

It's an open and shut case of racism and the law should and will crack down on him.

In an ideal world it would be a compliment to be compared to such wonderful primates as Gorillas who share 98.3% genetic code with Humans; only Chimps and Bonobos are closer cousins to Homo Sapiens. Unfortunately abhorrent Racists have used the natural mannerisms of Primates to mock Humans who have a dark hue in a shocking way.
