Looking to have a Fan Liaison Officer, not sure how that's going to pan out.
That was my question.
Depending how much they expect and what the pay may be like, I’ll apply.
Tia Wilby might be surprised as thought that was her role.
I might apply if it's part time 😉
My specific question was more how can we work with him to enhance his vision for the club, what does he want from supporters?
He explained a long answer where he said taking action, getting The Valley full when we can, encouraging others etc. But said he is really keen on expanding the demographics of the club and representation. He then explained a new role of a type of fan liaison officer to be introduced soon.
Had no idea if someone is already in that kind of role.
Intends to improve the ''South Stand erm Jimmy Seed Stand'' to join into the shape of the rest of the stadium. That would happen on ownership. Not during rental.

Something to follow up with Wayne Mumford next Thursday.
Personally think fan and player liaison should be one team with @tracey in charge, not separate teams.
May also relate to his fans advisory board concept as the next step on from the fan's forum
What a great night....very interesting answers....I'm very optimistic about the future and the direction of travel!! Well done to all involved, Heather, Sam, Andy and of course Thomas....thank you for a very well spent 100 minutes or so.

He did also mention something about the fans advisory board but being honest, can't for the life of me remember what he said.
I do agree it should come under the same umbrella, anything to boost it and it brings some expertise into the role alongside bringing the club and fans closer together, it all ties in well.
It puzzles me why people are so obsessed with bringing Floyd and Harvey back, when they were just generic mascots anyway with no connection to us.
Now now... Floyd Road and Harvey Gardens, but a dog and a cat is better than a slab of tarmac and a bloke wearing some astroturf with a flower pot on his head.

Its something that people can associate with their youth and the happier times at the Valley - What we must remember and be careful of at the same time is there will be kids who attend the Valley who relate to the Knight and Robin now

No connection to you maybe.
But my whole life supporting Charlton it was always Floyd and Harvey.
I cant stand these new mascots because to me, Floyd and Harvey are Charlton mascots and always will be, when we lost them it felt like part of our club had died and bringing them back will be a massive revival
Well I thought that was hugely impressive in every way. The way it was set up and managed and the way Thomas answered every question that was thrown at him.
I don't know what else to say, except "100% support".

The animals have no connection to us. You could have a fridge and a kangaroo named Floyd and Harvey and it would have just as much relevance
The current mascots aren't great but at least they do have some connection to our history, and previous nicknames

Its a grand job.
Always said I’d find it hard to actually do it at the club I support so perhaps it’s just as well I’m a goat farmer now 😜

Definitely Start "Valley Pass Live" early Saturday to see Thomas having a bit of a kick about before the game.

Thanks for a tremendous evening.
We are in very good hands.
Thanks for organising.

He's a good CB for Dortmund but can't see him coming to Cafc
