Heino Kuhn was in the 14 for this match but wasn't picked. The three batsmen who have failed to get a score in either game are the captain, DBD and our two England players namely Crawley and Denly. I doubt that we will drop any of them but don't see how Kuhn can come back if they don't - Cox, Leaning and Robinson have all done well.0

A decent recovery with 179 put on for the final 4 wickets but we really shouldn't have been 86-5 and have a deficit of 1140 -
Stevo has been in amazing form with the bat this season, an aspect of his game which had slightly declined as his bowling got better and better. A ton and a 50 in his 2 innings so far, top scoring as well!2

Milnes, by no means the worst night watchman, is 56 not out which does beg the question why so many of our established batsman are struggling so much to consistently get a score this season - DBD, Crawley, Denly and Leaning have scored 216 in total from 14 innings combined.

After a great partnership, Milnes is out for 78 and Stevo for 47, both trapped by Willey (snigger) so now 8 down

With the unusually dry and sunny weather for April, spinners will play more of a part than they usually do at this time of the year. It's probably just as well that Leaning and Denly are bowling - one because we've gone in with just four front line bowlers today and two because our main red ball spinner, Qadri, has returned figures in the 2nd XI this season of 36-2-165-0. In fact, Marcus O'Riordan may well now be ahead of him in the pecking order given his return of 16-2-54-3 in the game against Hants that finished yesterday.killerandflash said:
