Because there team hit it close enough to the actual goal that when it hit the woodwork the angle took it towards the net. Its simple physics really.Briston_Addick said:

So that's not lucky, because the ball was always going to go into the goal. We are not unlucky because we have not hit the ball well enough to go into the net.
