    FA Cup
ah, of course, thanks. Hope we are away to a team from the Isle of Wight !!
So, YOU'VE been invited to @Sillybilly's mega, belated house warming party too !
  • I don't know if this will matter this season, but...

    International Breaks, 2021-22 Season

    The weekends of …

    • September 4, 2021 (Gillingham - Away)
    • October 9, 2021 (Rotherham Utd - Home)
    • November 13, 2021 (Burton Albion - Away)
    • March 26, 2022 (Doncaster Rovers - Away)
Three away trips that could be moved.
Nice to see they're mostly away games so we won't end up with too many extra evening games at the Valley
Does mean more midweek travelling though. Be a pain getting a train back from Doncaster after an evening KO
  • Greenwich travelodge booked for 6th to 8th August.
  • Morecambe away on a Tuesday night ffs
Sam will let you stay over.

    Yeah right
  • Why isn't this on all newsfeeds?

    The Mahoosives at The Valley!
  • Gonna be moved for sky
  • Morecambe away on a Tuesday night ffs
Get the coach up there with me.
On second thoughts we might not be back till the friday

  • Trying to be optimistic for a moment (not my usual mindset), that April fixture list looks like a really good run-in if we're fighting for a promotion spot.
  • A pain for the NW Addicks. Avanti West coast trains on Sat morning in August are already fully booked! Having to drive to Crewe to pick up slower London Northwestern train into Euston. Bugger. The only redeeming feature is that it is a lot cheaper.

  • Pleased with the way the fixtures have turned out. Sunderland, Wigan, Sheff Weds, Doncaster and Rotherham are all games I’m likely to go to and all are on a Saturday. Only one that’s let me down is Bolton on a Tuesday but I can live with that.

Wait until the Saturday, as we've got Shrewsbury away.

Contemplating a couple of days in Blackpool followed by a couple of days in Salop.

    No chance.
Done 3 nights Shrewsbury last time we played them.
The wife had the right hump because I dragged her round Chester on the Sunday

    The city.
The wife not too pleased with the amount of walking involved.
Also went to the peak district for the wifes birthday for a few days, was it too much too ask to go to Barnsley while up that way.
Also the weekends away in Blackburn and Bradford cant see the wifes problem really.
  • Glamour tie in Carabao Cup then.....AFC Wimbledon at home.

  • Crawley Town, Leyton Orient and Southampton U-21s in the Papa John's Pizza Trophy. I assume this competition is played over Four Seasons.
In addition each team gets an equal slice of the prize money.

Nothing to do with being stuck with you?
  • First visit to New Plough Lane on Boxing Day is a bit annoying
I remember Wimbedon away (at Shithurst) on Boxing Day - I got soaked, we got dicked, and the dogs were let out at every corner.
  • Time to start planning journeys and booking a few hotel rooms .. I love it !!
Just reserved a room at the Wagon and Horses for the Morecombe game, bound to be top of the table clash.
  • Does anyone know how to download the season fixtures to a mobile phone calender? I used to have it on an iPhone, but I've a Samsung now and I can't work out how to do it.

    https://www.skysports.com/calendars

I use the skysports calendar. It's very good, and has next season's fixtures uploaded already!

There is EFL link, powered by ECAL, which works very well. I can't provide link as I did it from EFL email sent but I am sure if you go to EFL.com you can find it. I did it last night, didn't happen straight away but was there first thing this morning.
