And now people turning on Jackson... Some of our fans really are classless.
You clamour for him to be made permanent then turn on him when we're under his first bad patch.
Not all of us clamoured for him.
No I'll be fair and say some were against it, as was I to be fair, but Jackson's caretaker reign showed he had something and was probably worth the cheap gamble. If we get relegated though... Different story.
Not sure why it's falling apart now but 3 managers running have struggled with whoever we have playing.
He had a new formation which surprised some teams but has now been figured out, and Jackson is unable to adapt. That plus our players are bottom half League One quality.
This in a nutshell as they say.👍
I agree.
I hope the JJ unable to adapt is slightly incorrect though, otherwise we’re really in the shit.
Chuks goes very close. As Tel said on commentary, the type of chance that only Aneke in League One has to strength, guile, and technical ability to nearly pull off.
49| OFF THE LINE! Callum Wright's cross towards the back post sees Alfie May peel away brilliantly and volley on goal first time. It beats goalkeeper Stephen Henderson but a defender is there to hook clear.
Someone tried to thread a ball through to Aneke in the middle, but very much looked as though Burstow and Lee were in much wider roles compared to Chuks
We have so many brainless players. Right there, Aneke just needs to hold the ball, instead he’s trying a difficult chest layoff to Lee, which falls short and now we’re facing a free kick against us.
Have we reliable midfielders to play that? - You'd stick Dobson in the middle, but who would you honestly choose alongside him from Gilbey - Lee - Morgan?
Who has seen Morgan so far this season and decided he's worth chucking into another game?
He's a busted flush and should be out on loan already, not still starting for us.
Those kind of decisions are 100% down to Jackson.
Morgan hasn't been the problem this afternoon.
As I've said already on this thread - I'm all for blaming him when he fucks up.
But he's one of our better players out there this afternoon
What does that say about the rest?
As much as I don’t think Albie should be anywhere the 1st team, it’s also unfair to expect miracles being thrown in for a game, especially when the team is playing shit, however it’s a problem he’s not helped himself in by not doing good enough once that chance arrives. And no he hasn’t been the worst player today.

Really thought we’d got on top of this shit , under Jackson, but we’re back to this infuriating pattern where we take and age to get up their penalty area, lose it, and then 3 passes later they’re in a shooting position in our penalty area. It’s a problem that goes all the way beck to the Championship relegation season.
