I can understand Jacko giving players last chances to impress, but I had already written off Matthews being here next season. Maybe Jacko hasn't written him off yet.
Maybe it was a choice between Matthews and Gunter - what would be your choice?
Johnnie Jackson has confirmed that Mason Burstow will not be involved after he was given permission to speak to a Premier League club following a bid this evening.

Purrington at left back and DJ or Leko on the right?

They've only had the whole.transfer window.to.sort that issue
Morgan is from Portsmouth .. he could do with looking at how anther Portsmouth export, just a couple of years older, goes about his business .. committed, hard, bags of skill, expert dead ball exponent, scores a decent number of goals, never gives up .. that's Mason Mount
Matthews, so good at RCB he let a Hartlepool player breeze past him to score the other night. On top of that, probably the worst attacking full-back we've ever had at Charlton
Conveniently forgetting the Championship season?
His defending was mostly fine (mostly). Going forward? Forget it. And now he's at wing-back!

You can't just get rid of a player under contract.
Tonight is all about trying to get some points. Tomorrow see the start of a difficult month of matches for Charlton. Sandgaard must get it right or both he and us as fans will feel it.

We could, repeat could, be going into a relegation battle with Washington and Aneke as our only fit strikers. 😳😳
There will be a minute’s applause held tonight in memory of former Portsmouth player Jamie Vincent, who recently passed away aged just 46.
RIP
a, Stay fit
