I don't believe it, has a player being announced on the team sheet ever happened before? It's one of those things like a "pay as you play" contract that doesn't really exist.
It's an odd one - even if you consider that the club were delaying announcing to gain an edge over p/boro today - what is stopping the club we signed him from, from making an announcement?
We have signed a left footed left back! Loan so not spent a penney
he was due to be announced on the team sheet today, but obviously it didn’t quite go to plan. He’s a steady-Eddie but has had a decent season before Christmas.
still looking at a couple of others. One of which could be rather exciting if we can get him.
we narrowly missed out on Massimo Luongo who chose to go to Ipswich. Shame as he’s decent
I take it the Blackburn defender is now off the table
Yeah I’d be surprised. Shame because he’s decent but if Blackburn are pissing us about, we can’t wait until the end of the window and risk getting no-one. Penney should be a decent addition and plugs a big hole for us.
We saw what happened in the summer when QPR strung us along for Bonne.

Not necessarily as he might still be on the cards - then Sessegnon can be used on the right if needed. Or maybe he's one to try again for in summer.
But either way it's pretty good business as instead of being held up by Blackburn we've moved onto option B and a fairly solid one it seems rather than a kid or a has been.
Can’t get excited by short term deals or loans. We’re not challenging for anything this season and no one we sign in this window will be here next season. Then the whole squad rebuild will happen for the 17151 time again in the summer.

Penney may be as he's out of contract at the end of the season.

Fucking wild
Guess its the beauty of both Sessegnon and Kane when they're fit.
We've not seen Sess @ Right-Back yet, but good having two Full-Backs who can operate both flanks.
