  • Blimey - we are looking a couple of divisions below Oxford. A bit of an all-time low
  • How we doing?
  • And people actually wanted Garner out.
I didn’t hear any people saying that .

Then you must be going deaf. It was about a 50/50 split at the end.

  • Thomas tries to switch the ball across to Clare but doesn't quite pull it off and the keeper collects easily.

Got to say this is the worse first 30 minutes of football I have ever seen from a Charlton team. Clueless, just lumping the ball forward!
Sean Clare is an awful player!!!
Crazy how he was MoTM just a few days ago

Did he put in that performance and think his year was done?
  • This echo is driving me mad

I know he’s a kid and it’s not his fault, but Richard Chin is absolutely nowhere near League 1 level
Wrong side of the pitch in fairness.

He should not be left back and shouldn't be at LWB and the whole defence here are shite adding unnecessary pressure.
Not saying he's the only one to blame, but he's proven throughout all his first team appearances that he's nowhere near ready.
Looked easily good enough at RWB against Brighton... 🤷‍♂️
  • Playing Chin who is lightweight, could have put Deli in that position, but no we have the weakest link and a CB who is unfit of LCB says it all!

Risky from Lavelle, could easily have given away a pen there.

  • The worst starting eleven I can remember.
  • Hmmm, Oxford player goes past Ness and then goes down in collision with Lavelle but ref not impressed and it's just a goal kick
  • Absolutely awful. We are fucking shyte
  • Risky from Lavelle, could easily have given away a pen there.
It was a fooking stupid tackle
  • We are destroying the confidence our youth players by playing them in a league game.
None of our players have any confidence...
  • Has he been told to put this fucking shit side out because it is shit start your best side
  • We are in trouble.
  • Stockley! Gets on the end of a free kick and gets his head to it. Looped miles over but, hey, it's been a while since he even won one.
  • Now down the other end Stockley wins a free kick for getting his shirt pulled (will wonders never cease?). Stockley gets his head to the ball in, but it goes over the bar.

  • Stockley needs a shout there. Lavelle with a free header and better placed behind him.
  • so we’ve gone from garner ball to kick it to stockley’s head and hope for the best. Stockleys head has had more touches than both his feet combined.
  • Oh. My. Word.

Ex-skipper Stockers won a header in the oppo box.

Didn't score, obviously, but it's a start ... baby steps and all that.
  • On the bench we have THREE attacking wingers, who could cause their defenders problems. get them on now.

It’s frightening to think what Manchester United will do to this team .
  • Lewis Bate and Richard Chin are the same age and were in the same school team (at Beths) One is on loan from a PL Club and has already had a million pound move from another (£1.2m from Chelsea to Leeds) whilst the other has the misfortune of playing for Charlton Athletic as part of probably the worst team the Club has ever put out. And is being played totally out of position too. That isn't his fault.
  • Down the other end, Oxford player has a shot wide and then goes down clutching his voonerables on the edge of our area.
  • Love hearing the “people wanted Garner out “ messages already .
Result would be the same but with better possession stats.

    Shambles of a club,
  • Clearly going to get worse before it gets worse!
  • Fucking shite.
To be honest I have had better shits
