  • Or our managers are that shit they can’t pick the best players
The 2018 version of JFC is not the 2022 version unfortunately.
  • Oxford come forward and cross into our box from our left, but AMB picks it out of the air easily.
  • Wtf was that confusion between Ness and Lavelle?

    All clear here.
My streams just died. Now having to watch the Oxford stream.
sound is still a bit odd and I'm only listening. Probably for the best.

  • Excellent run by Bodin which sees him take the ball wide. He gets to the byline but his cross is claimed by Maynard-Brewer
  • Free kick to Oxford near the LH touchline about 10 yards out of our area.

Oxford Murphy, walks past chin then gets a free kick. Not too bad to get a ball in. Thankfully, it was awful. Cleared out by chin.
  • Chin heads clear and out for a throw.

We're looking alright so far. Still panicking in the first and final thirds.

Oxford commentary just had an ad break mid game

Use Louis Mendez's account for our updates these days

  • Business profile picture
Bate's freekick doesn't beat the first man but the U's regain possession from a throw
  • Oxford pump the ball into our box but the ball goes out for a goal kick.
  • Any idea how many CAFC fans there? Loud and proud!

I would hope not, he missed half of 2018 with an ACL injury.

TS doesn't need anybody on there. Cost cutting innit.
  • Christ, retire, Jayden
  • Clare sends a throw forward to Stockley but he can't get to it before it goes behind the goal line, and goes down rather theatrically as it does so. Ref unimpressed.

Stockley... Throw down our right, Clare gives Stockley something to run on to, he can't make it and throws himself over arms flaying.

    What's he (not) done?

  • Murphy finds himself on the left this time and wins another foul for United
  • Stockley... Throw down our right, Clare gibes Stockley something to run on to, he can't make it and throws himself over arms flaying.
Stockley every time he fails to win the ball...
  • Lavelle with a gentle shove on an Oxford player who goes down about 20 yards out.

You’ll be glad to know I almost said 2019 but then remembered his injury and how he couldn’t participate in that 2019 spring/summer run to 3rd in the table!

  • Oxford free-kick on the edge of the Addicks area, a bit left of centre
  • Oxford getting a.lot of set piece chances in decent areas. Need.to defend smarter.
  • Payne attempts to pull his man back just outside the area means Oxford have another free kick in a more dangerous position.
  • Oxford now seeing a lot more of the ball after the opening 5-10mins where they couldnt get out of their half
