Looked like CBT was shoved over midway in their half, Bolton come forward and Inniss struggles to keep up initially but recovers well. AMB saves well with his feet and we clear.
AMB keeping Charlton in this as Ryan Innis showing why he would struggle in the championship against quality strikers when running towards his own goal posts.
Like a reverse Purrington. You can see him moving into midfield to provide an option, getting up the flank and being a part of a lot of build up but doesn't look as defensively solid. Ness isn't doing him any favours today though, might benefit more from O'Connell alongside him
Our full backs are both very narrow in defence and wide when we attack. Not sure who is meant to be outside them?
Well, we've got two wingers playing inverted so you'd imagine the full backs are meant to be offering the width themselves to allow the wingers to cut in and give the defenders decisions to make. We've seen that with Penney but CBT seems to be entirely focused on how many times he can run past his fullback and hasn't thought of anything beyond that
Sorry I meant when we were defending. It caused us a problem just there. Their wide players, on both sides, we free and we basically had 4 center backs.
We're definitely deliberately playing narrow defensively as Bolton like to flood the box. I suspect our two wingers aren't picking up their tracking assignments
Don’t think we deserved to go 1-0 due to a poor refereeing decision. And maybe that’s changed how the game was going because we’ve got to chase it now.

He didn't say should, he said could.
It COULD be 0-0 if the referee did his job properly - You'd be fucking fuming had your beloved Arsenal been at the centre of that decision
Drama Queen!!
Curse of early kick offs.
I live in the real world.
Goddamn pathetic tool
But how we’re only 1-0 is beyond me.
Last 15 minutes have been dreadful.
