    Easy peasy. Beat Italy away for the first time since the 60s. I wonder if all the people tantruming before the game that Southgate should TaKe ThE HaNdBrAkE oFf will ever understand that playing a consistent way with balance and control is what you do in international football. We just held out comfortably for 15 minutes against Italy away from home and we can do that because we have a consistent team used to playing a certain way with the same players. The red barely registered. Managed the game well and never really looked like not winning it

    Not sure... I presumed this was our first, as there were a lot of comments after the French defeat saying we couldnt beat teams in the Top 10 rankings (?)

    Nope but if had any brain or bravery he wouldn't revert everytime to trying to defend a lead when literally everyone knows defending isnt exactly our strong suit,  if he hadnt done that and just let the team.play to its strengths I would say the sudden death penalties wouldnt have happened. Oh and I suspect we would also have won atleast 1 WC and 1 Euros.
