I take back back what I wrote earlier, I can’t agree with anything he says. I’ve turned it off1
-
Where’s the fake tan and highlights gone?
Has he finally grown up?0 -
Talking a lot of sense.2
-
I can’t stand the man but he does speak well .1
-
To be fair as much as I despise him, has come across pretty well.

His book is a cracking read.0
-
His eye pupils seemed to be very large.0
-
Still a knob1

I heard that Fiona Brude wacked him with a Millwall brick and called it on... Feck me I have turned into Millwallfan!0
-
Started started off ok but then quickly showed us the tosser he is and always will be. Sounded like a typical Brexiteer tbh.0

Well, it is claimed that our political classes are unpleasant, ignorant fools that over estimate their own ability.
That tango faced turd would have fitted right in.

Once upon a time.
The year 2003.
Charlton supporters, at the time, would have thought very highly of Richard Murrary and very highly of our prized possession Scott Parker.
At the same time. We would have thought very little of the likes of Simon Jordan and Lee Bowyer.
Sometimes. People are just people and that is all they are. (Just ignore the likes of Hitler for a moment)
No better or worse.
We are not actually here for a reason.
We all feel betrayed at times. Sense of loyality turns into confusion.
Some people grow up. Some people don't.
"I always hated that twat but after getting to know him I think he's alright now. Not a bad fella".
"I thought I knew that person well. I thought we liked each other. Then they betray me?"
How many times have you heard of or said a phrase similarish to that? Or thought of it?
We all say stupid things or have said or done stupid things.
Probably out of temporary laziness. Internal pain. Lack of self awareness. Anger. Victimisation.
The only thing that truly makes Charlton what it is and keeps it going.
Is the fans.
We have some of the best fans in the world and that has been even more so proven over the last 5 years.

Changes at Talk Sport mean Natalie Sawyer is being moved from the mid morning to the Weekend Breakfast show ( where she will be a significant improvement on Georgie Bigham)
With Sawyer leaving Jordan is going to the mid morning show 4 days a week. The brains of the show with Jim White doing links at best0 -

Hes been talking about Charlton for the last 10 minutes on Talksport. ( started just after news at 12.
"Loads of buffoons involved for years and we have had a few of them on the show"
Made me chuckle.
Danny Murphy chipping in as well.13 -

Makes some good points about why TS not buying the stadium really isn't a problem6
-
Talking about TS differing from Roland in saying he will turn up and be present........"if you buy a football team why would you not want to turn up and watch them"4
-
Nice to hear that from Murphy about the day we relegated Palace. Jordan thought we were up for the game because they beat us in the cup and our pitchside announcer called them Palarse.
Murphy says nope, we found out about Dowie's little dossier about some of our teams poorer attributes which fired us up.
Never knew that and clearly Jordan didn't either.17 - Sponsored links:

Ah so Dowie was the reason we turned up and battled hard in that 'nothing' game.
Silly Dowie creating a dossier of players failings and not keeping it in-house.3 -
Dowie creates a dossier which helps pump up your rivals to relegate you
A year later he then is rewarded for the error by joining that club...6 -

The thing is, most times a club splits from the stadium is in distress, and the terms are awful, we're not in financial distress, TS has done a deal he's comfy with, and he can do the upgrades needed (lighting, PA, boiler for the undersoil heating) so I don't see the panic.2

Priority for now should be the team, buying players, getting back up the leagues, the stadium can be sorted later.0 -
He also called us snotty something fans didn't he? Can't remember the exact phrase he used.0

Snot goblin or something like that0
