I will never understand why people turn on the ones who actually provide information on here, it's not like Dubai is in the room when the contracts get offered. Let’s hope Small is being offered competitive money & other potential quality players decent money as well. Some of the rumblings on this thread appear to be preparing the way for excuses for decent players such as Small, not being secured because of the offers made.
Ipswich have shown promotion is possible. It does require expertise in identifying players of skill, heart & good character. Also, securing players already at the club such as Small, one of the successes of the 2nd part of the season. Promotion also needs a sufficient budget.
