Simple save that he tried to make look good. Non-league goalkeeping immediately afterwards.
  • Salah scores his second from a pen runs over to the Liverpool fans takes his top off and then pulls his shorts down a fraction (I don’t know if deliberate but he did it so was deliberate)  and shows his pants with some advertising on it … yes I’m weird for spotting it but wondered wtf is he doing

Bar the first 90 seconds Ipswich have looked much more dangerous here

A fire alarm has gone off at Stockley Park and there is now no VAR for Ipswich V Man Utd.

Several posters from CL are helping the police with their enquiries.

Brilliant strike by Hutchinson with a slight deflection took it pass the keeper and well deserved Equaliser for Ipswich.
Two decent saves by Onana has kept it at 1-1.

    .
  • Southampton in the pink tonight.  (Derek Hales look away).

The shirt is neon pink, matched with bright yellow detailing for the club badge and PUMA logo. The shirt also has white panelling on each side, matched with neon pink socks with white detailing.

Am shocked Joe Lumley is starting in the Prem. A keeper I wouldn't even be that confident in having at Charlton.

Also surely lose and Martin goes? They've got to at least give themselves some chance of getting out of this.

Lumley was a "free" last season and when Southampton signed Ramsdale they probably never envisaged having to play him but, with both Ramsdale and Bazunu injured, the alternative is McCarthy and he had a nightmare against Liverpool - he looks incapable of playing a ten yard ball to one of his own players which is a bit of an issue when the manager insists on the team playing out from the back.

Ramsdale is injured and McCarthy had a mare against Liverpool, so it was either Lumley or some 18 year old.

Having 2 keepers injured is pretty ridiculous!

Brighton doing everything they can to help Palace go down it seems, even losing to their other rivals.

    A game of 2 halves Sam !

1-2 or as you were 1-1.

I just made a cup of tea, read War and peace and they said onside but Armstrong was interfering.

Sooo long to make their mind up.

Could they see when the ball was played? Was the player ahead of the ball? Was he ahead of the defender? Did the other player interfere with play?

Up at Stockley Park they are no doubt slapping each other on the back for a job well done.

Meanwhile, 5 minutes later, the beautiful game died a little bit more.

Potentially 3 keepers - Lumley having treatment now.
