Foden is running the show at the moment.

Much better when he is not stuck out on the left.

Bet it’s brilliant if you don’t support one of the two teams involved

Literally the worst use or VAR I have ever seen, absolutely ridiculous
A studs up challenge is dangerous play and is a foul and a booking. The 'obvious error' was thinking it was a clean clash of feet rather than a studs up one.
Studs up isn't mentioned in the laws....was it careless or reckless?  Obviously not

Kane decided he couldn't be bothered to run and Mainoo slides it to him instead of Walker who was in acres.

Yeah so frustrating from Mainoo with his decision making.

Credit to the Dutch, they are having a right go too

  • Foden has been unlucky this tournament even though a lot of people slate him. 2-3 times hit the woodwork, 1 off the line, goal disallowed. Could've been very different for him.

Much better from England, quicker passing more direct.

A much better game and performance than I was expecting. Indeed both semis have been very good games.

Surprised they've not gone with Weghorst

Assume you've never played the game? I've only played Sunday league level and even there a studs up challenge is dangerous and falls under the definition of reckless.

Open game and a much better watch.
Foden showing why he was footballer of the season.
We are still limited on the left but positive balls forward

Why don’t you just STFU and get behind your country?

I’d say having your foot raised that high because it’s the only possible way you can get near the football fits the definition of reckless play…

Foden blocked Bellingham's run a bit there, he's so hungry to get the ball.

Yes we’ve needed him to help bail out your mate Declan for his gaff earlier…

Weghorst is more of a last throw of the dice option though

I referee.....VaR is re-refereeing the game instead of intervening in clear and obvious errors.  Show me the law that says you can't put your studs up.

    Never a pen for me.

The ball has bounced up and Kane has had a shot. The defender has put his foot up to block the shot and Kane's made contact with him.

Studs up? Well, you try lifting your foot to waist-height (or higher) and not have the sole of your foot 'showing'.

The defender didn't kick Kane, it was Kane's momentum that caused the contact ... and last time I heard football was still (just about) a contact sport.

Dutch need to find a way to stop Foden getting the ball in that area. He absolutely loves it there.
