I know I am biased, but there was an incident with about half an hour to go when the Dulwich goalkeeper cleaned out Dixon, and to me it looked a penalty and a sending off, but only a free kick and a yellow card was given. Dulwich were better and deserved to win, and it was very much an experience the players can learn from.

I thought it was going to be a red card too. Then the keeper is laid out by the collision and is attended by the physios. He got up and payed for another 5mins before being substituted. That I reckon saved him.
Despite the result I had a great time hanging out with the handful of fellow Addicks behind the goal in the second half, especially the angry banter after the goalkeeper collision incident!

Dulwich fans who had a better view of it than I did thought they came out lucky from that particular incident.
It's all been said already, after a strong start for Charlton it really was men versus boys.
Dulwich came into it rested after having a match postponed at the weekend. They had been flirting with relegation but new manager Bradley Quinton has turned things around and put out a strong team last night.
Very much the learning experience, including "don't lose your rag when an opponent ruffles your hair".

@CAFCTrev I was one of the angry ultras with you lol - how did the Keeper stay on!
On my way home now, ended up getting on a train back to London bridge from east dulwich which was full of nigels!
Poor game for Charlton, aside from a spell at the beginning of the game, we rarely threatened. Dulwich fully deserved the win.
Crowd was announced as 460 odd. Wasnt many charlton, walked past Charlie Methven though!
Agree with this assessment. Not sure Charlton had a shot on target. Charlton definitely the more skillfully pacier team but they failed to use this, while Hamlet had strength, commitment and drive. Hamlets Danny Mills has over 600 appearances and disrupted the Charlton defence for the first goal and the penalty decision. Wainadio, Marshall, Chambers players honed in the battles of non league.
I've heard a lot about our U21s and you cannot judge on one game, but on this showing, including Dixon, non are ready for first team action.
The 2 who are closest to first team action are Enslin and Laqeratabua, neither played tonight.

Happened immediately in front of me. Definitely a red but also outside the area. Bower should have ensured he got his free kick on target as the keeper should have been off having seemingly been knocked cold in the incident.
