Not sure how good Birmingham’s defence is, but certainly think they will score lots of goals this season.

Wrexham are not used to losing, so a good test for them.
  • Yeah if we can keep up with Brum for the majority of the season and we'll be right up there I reckon.

5th October will be a big acid test.

Game over!! - What a strike
  • Wow that’s a cracker
  • Wrexham piss poor
  • They’re like a different team this second half
  • Dobson wanders from the middle of the pitch to try and win the ball, which gets played into the space he was occupying, and the midfielder finishes with aplomb
  • If Brum can keep this up, we may stay 2nd tonight...

    Just another four goals?
  • They're imploding now haha

  • Pretty scary the quality Birmingham have
  • They've barely touched the ball
  • We looked better against Brum in the League Cup than Wrexham

It's been all Birmingham. They should run away with this league.
Their front 2 have 6 goals between them. Wrexham have 2 players with 5 between them.

35 players have scored 2 or more goals across league 1. None of our players have scored more than once.

We are now down to 3rd. The 3 teams directly below us are within 3 points and all have a game in hand.

And I'm not being negative I'm.just stating facts.

Oh......and by the way, Birmingham haven't kept a clean sheet tonight BUT ARE WINNING BECAUSE THEY HAVE SCORED 3 TIMES.

  • Good to see we are not the only team that can Charltonise a player - Wrexham have certainly Charltonised Dobson!

He's doing absolutely nothing but running aimlessly across his back 4. He's not tackling or getting involved at all. And he's certainly not getting forward.

Surely he must be substituted soon?

  • Sky calling Brum v Wrexham as a Top of the table clash 😆
    Well it is.

OK he has just tackled someone!

    1st vs 6th?
  • That Birmingham #9 is pretty decent isn't he?

    If only.

  • Hansson is a little prick, he was in the cup against us too

    1st vs 6th?
They had 2 games in hand over us & 1 over everyone else (tonight's game). A win would take them 2nd, or even top.

So yes, its a "top of the table" clash.

If Wrexham win, then Birmingham wouldnt be top two.

You cant call something a "Top of the Table Clash" without genuinely knowing the result.
  • Yeah call it clash of the titans or clash of the favourites, or a game fit for Hollywood or something other bullshit.

If 1st placed Man City played 6th placed Brighton tonight, would it be billed as a Top Of The Table Clash?

Good point. Sky got it wrong. Best tell Beckham & Neville (who are there) that it's just an ordinary League 1 fixture.
  • Sky just mentioned that QPR are playing the convicts from Bermondsey on Saturday.
  • It’s the 6th game of the season. I really don’t get why people are pointing out table
positions, goals scored and other stats at this point in the season.

I expect, apart from Birmingham being clearly better than everyone else, things will look a lot different come January.

Indeed it will........we wont be in the top 6 😉😄
