    I hate this thread, it's always make me look stupid because Jones always admittedly seem to pull it out the bag and get the job done, he can be odd at times in his decision making and reactions which can rile people up but as a whole for us he is an excellent manager and if you look at the likes of TC, Leaburn, Coventry, Jones he must be a brilliant coach as they have all improved hugely under him.

    He’s a good manager no doubt about that and agree that he has his own mind and has something to say rather than the bland coached drivel - says it as it is - we’re gonna benefit from his lack of popularity as less likely to be poached

    I do get a niggling feeling every time a job higher up the division comes up that someone might try and open chequebook us for Nathan but they just end up going for some European instead.
