I knew there must’ve a reason he played so many games for Plymouth’s title winning side a couple of years back. And we’re seeing proof now that he wasn’t just an average player hiding in a team of players better than him.
I dunno. I think NJ takes a lot of credit for getting best out of him. He’s another one that needed his confidence rebuilding but he has also been coached into a better player. The back 3 were all great today, as they are most weeks. It’s such a wel balanced unit and doesn’t really seem to have any significant weaknesses - pace, movement, brute force, aerial bombardments, all three of the can handle all of those things.
