Luton’s average attendance last season was 11,550. This coming season it will likely be sub 8,000. They need to cut costs. I don’t know but Kaminski will be into his third season there if he stays so maybe his deal is up at the end of the coming season. If so then 3m or so is cloud cookoo land. Luton fans need to get used to the fact they are not in the PL, even Championship, anymore.
Sod all to do with Charlton transfer rumours but Luton's average crowd won't be below 8,000 next season.
It’ll be a close run thing. Away fans will be massively down and home numbers will drop off too. Anyway argument stands that they need to massively cut costs.
I don't hate the idea of a team full of high energy headless chickens and a player like Shelvey sitting in the middle knitting it all together.
We do need experience and if his conditioning & mindset is right he could be very influential, so I would not could him put if the deal is right for us

They will need to cut costs but they are still getting PL parachute payments, so that will help them more than other sides who are typically relegated to league one.
Not sure about Shelvey, nothing from the past couple of seasons suggests he's still got the legs to play in a Nathan Jones team. Let him go to Hull, they've already got Phillips, Ajayi, Burstow, and Liam Millar, it's like they're creating a Charlton tribute act.

Feel like that's the first link we have had where you can confidently say he should step up and the calibre we should be going for.
Happy days. 👍🏻
a washed up Jonjo Shelvey? No thanks. Do people no remember Ben Watson?
