I don't see Edwards as the LWB we need. Prefer him at LCB because MG is too slow at this level, or dump Macca and sign Famewo.

We need two pacy wide men. I'd prefer 3-4-3 as we already have Dixon in that format and Akiimwe as cover and Fullah coming through.

Karoy would suit that three up front so we'd just need a younger Chuks or a fit Miles or Mbick to step up in the middle.

We all love and are proud of our academy and youngsters, but we can't be relying on Dixon, Assimwe, Fullah, Karoy, and Mbick for our forward play in the championship (for this upcoming season).

We are in the Championship now.

So let's set our sights higher.

I feel comfortable that Nathan and our recruitment team know whats needed.

(Been a long time since i felt that way).

It will be interesting to see if the owners are willing to fund what is needed.

Let's hope so, and leave a bit of dosh for the January window
