My grandad's funeral yesterday, so had a little nibble on Johns Spirit in the 5.15. Disappointed in the trials apparently so not expecting anything.

Handicaps at Cheltenham are a nightmare. Best avoid them like the plague.
  • Had the first two come up (after my indecision overnight I banged a 50 on the nose for Champagne) but pegged back on the Monkey.

Best start at Cheltenham ever for me, but I will end up in the same place on Friday!
  • Well that's gonna cost Paddy Power a few quid!!

Was close to having 100 sheets on it... Half glad I didn't, wouldve had a heart attack before I collected my winnings
  • Great stuff.

Carlito next, I remember him tanking home at large odds in this one two years ago, it saved my Day 1!

I'm very sweet on Sir Des Champs

Has any horse ever won 3 different races at consecutive Festivals?

Looking at my old form books Flyingbolt must have been really special.
After winning the Champion Chase ,the next day he was only beaten 3 lengths in the Champion Hurdle.
