The adebeyor celebration was ill advised like what jonjo done but both were fine in my eyes
You sing that a mans dad washes elephants and his mum is a whore and he scores and runs to you then you've asked for it
I don't know if jonjo got taunted about anything and if he didn't so what it was to his fans not cardiffs
I think banter at football is better two ways
And I love it when a player gets dogs abuse at a game and then rams it down your throat
Isn't that why we go the passion and the drama
Too many pussies in this world who feel its acceptable to call some one a cnut but scream blue murder if that person says a bit back
Its like the trolling on an internet where people make comments but then asked to make them face to face cry that you are threatening them
If people where more straight up and standing they wouldn't do it
How many cardiff fans that are offended today were scaring women and children in the kings rd recenytly0 -

Atleast you'd say it to my face as would nss before he pipes up0 -
Didn't jonjo score for Blackpool against the scum and then made the hammers X factor cross sign to wind them cnuts up0
-
Yep didn't read anyone say that was bad
Don't get me wrong I enjoyed my taff holiday this year massively but I don't get why any charlton fan would be criticle of it0 -
Really can't see what he's done wrong. Not what I'd call offensive. Players get their fair share of abuse from the crowd & quite enjoy seeing them giving it back. All a bit panto villain really. Can remember when we used to give the opposition keeper stick for 45 mins when he was up the covered end and back in the day when they were allowed to have a personality, they loved nothing more than to give it back. People just too precious these days and getting offended over nothing...........0

Don't know about the first half because I wasn't about for all of it but in the second half he totally went missing after half time and until he left the post for them to score. Very un-Shelvey like performance.0

There were definite teardrops from some of our fans when Halford playing for Sheffield United (they will come good) give it to our fans up there , rubbed his fingers together indicating dough or something ..... Wow-we0

To be fair to NLA he was saying exactly the same when the Adebayor thing happened. So he hasn’t changed his tune just because it’s Shelvey.
As for the actual performance, Jonjo could’ve easily got himself sent off in the first half with two silly tackles that made me wince. Would’ve endeared himself to me if I supported Swansea, though.0 -

You must remember the banter with the Grimsby keeper Nigel Batch? That was good banter and he used to love it!tangoflash said:Really can't see what he's done wrong. Not what I'd call offensive. Same with the Dagenham keeper at their place in the notorious match. He took it well and bantered back.E-cafc said:

For 90 minutes you give them stick and they are entitled to give it back. As soon as the final whistle goes move on and don't go crying if a player rams those jeers down your throat.1
-
See the last bit about trolling on the internet is true and those that do it are the first to be outraged at players giving it back
The magic of that invisible wall at football matches that fans hide behind whilst giving it
I wish more players would join in the theatre of it on a match day1 -
Some football supporters are such babies. Give a player dog's abuse for 90 minutes and cry to mummy if they give some back. Pathetic.
Don't give it out if you can't take it.2 -
Love it when the players give banter back to the fans, one of my mates sometimes comes to the matches and last season was shouting at Paul Robinson (Blackburn) who turned round to him and made a gesture which clearly said hush and sit down (no rude hand gestures complete with a smile on his face)
Football is all a bit of unscripted comedy theatre in that sense sometimes... Just a shame some people feel that they need to keep a firm grip on the puppet strings0 -
Goodison Park is the worst for being outraged0

Looks like he did well again tonight but his short fuse is going to get him in trouble at that level I fear.0

Not a bad goal by the lad tonight... The non-headbutt was something of nothing. Didn't even make contact and Debuchy got in his face in the first place! Was probably still upset at bundleing the ball into the net before Jonjo could!0
-
A great goal and a nice scramble that turned into the goal. Fortunate to stay on the pitch0
-
he was just trying to make the guy flinch in a kind of childish way. nothing really, yet the commentator seemed to make it into some big deal. "lucky to be on the pitch". do me a favour.I_Saw_Semedo_Score said:Not a bad goal by the lad tonight... The non-headbutt was something of nothing. oh... and yeah he played really well. found his place at Swansea after an average time with Liverpool.1
-
Completely bossed the game I thought! Debuchy shouldn't have been on the pitch anyway after one of his challenges plus the headbutt incident is absolutely nothing, just Pardew making excuses. Also Michael Owen could well be the worst pundit around, completely bias and talks utter tripe constantly.3
-
Watched it on MoTD yesterday. Almost spat my coffee out when Shearer said afterwards Shelvey was lucky to stay on the pitch and Debuchy did well not to go down.
Don't think Shearer would have lasted 90 minutes in his career if non incidents like that turned into red cards.
I know he is a Geordie but if he can't be impartial he should not be a pundit.
Football really will turn into a non contact sport if the likes of Pardew & Shearer keep bleating on, then next week they will moan that a player has been booked/sent off for some minor indiscretion.0 -
