    Reminds me of Carl Leaburn ........ hadn't signed the new contract put before him, but hadn't moved anywhere by the start of the season.

    He ended up playing for us on a weekly contract until finally flogged to Wimbledon.
    Played the best football of his career that season too, in tandem with Clive Mendonca.

    As has been said, no news is good news, I get the impression Diego wants to stay but needs to be shown we're investing in the squad.

    What I find odd, and correct me if I'm wrong, is that while his contract is up and we've had no confirmation he is staying, at the same time I'd of expected a few rumours about where he might go. Apart from the long list of names ranging from West Ham to Barca that we heard earlier in the year there's been nothing to suggest another club has actually made him an offer.

    There is a large recycling plant ("big dump") near The Den so this proves he is signing for Millwall.
