  • Look back earlier in this thread, I posted a picture and said to me it was a straight red,

and you go on like the world is against you, we have had some dodgy decisions as well but I have never seen anyone on here say its a conspiracy and The FA is against us.

Also how many Millwall fans are actually on this forum, there has to be more of them here than on North Stand Banter

I've dug out three examples from previous threads where it's happened if you're interested?! Proper busy, I know.

Much rather prefer 10,000 empty seats than the remainder of the stadium full of day trippers and millwall fans sitting in the home end for their cup final ;)

    Our cup final!!!!!

This from a forum with a Millwall thread over 2 weeks before the game.

    Hmmm.

    'Inconsistencies' doesn't come close!
It has to be seen to be believed.

Not saying they're "picking" on us but the refereeing decisions are inconsistent ..... Constantly .

They will sell out on Monday, they will be camping over night to get tickets for their cup final.
  • Oh right - late ain't it?
Didn't sell out last year but I guess this is 3pm and not on the box.

A different picture that tells a different story...

We usually always sell out for London games. We sold out the 4000 Fulham gave us and most of the neutral area. We'll sell out brentford later in the season too. We sell out at the likes of orient. Oh, and dagenham in the cup a few years ago.

  • Your illiterate, ill thought out rants are far funnier.

    Also, you're obsessed.

    Err, you sure it's paulie's who's illiterate ?

    " You're Illiterate " please !

    :-)

    Well I'm with you, JMP

It's DEFINITELY a referees' conspiracy against Clubs with ex Palace managers.

    Absolutely disgraceful !

    :-)

Think he was right with 'your'. Read it again.

Just curious with a crowd of 8k v Blackburn how is this possible? How many season ticket holders do Millwall have?"And then members? Did Fulham go general sale?

2 own goals by Millwall. Read it again.

Read the original quote. He was talking about the other posters illiterate rants, as in "your illiterate rants". He wasn't calling him illiterate, as in "you're illiterate".

You sure you're Millwall mate, far too intelligent for this forum and there's an abundance of grammar police on here anyway :-0

Fair cop. 4-0 to Millwall. Nothing ever changes :-(

  • Usual pain in the arse home game against the scum.

it's not the losing and poor performance that will annoy me, but the fact I have to be 'on my toes' for the whole afternoon to make sure the scum don't have an 'easy' afternoon they think they have when they come to The Valley.

I'm too old for this type of grief. It's the only game at The Valley where I feel like this.

Your cup final is a two legged event, your highest leagues attendance in recent years has been against us.

Haha. I'm not normally one of those grammar freaks mate. Was just correcting someone who had incorrectly tried to correct someone else :-/

This is indeed the case but as I've stated before I think this is down to the fact that so many Millwall and Charlton share friend and family connections. (Browsing the 'how did you get into Charlton' thread proves this) Local People who hardly go to Millwall come out for this one as they want to get one over friends and relatives.
Also, whole families go. I'll happily take my kids I a game v Charlton but would think twice about a game v west ham. Also, they go on general sale v Charlton. West ham is members and ST holders only.
I'm not saying you mean nothing to us, obviously you do, you're our nearest geographical rivals. But to our genuine and regular support the likes of west ham, palace and even Leeds would be seen as a much bigger occasion.
Currently on Millwall online we have two threads running about our youth cup game v west ham on the 24th of November. There isn't one about the Charlton game yet.

They don't go on general sale for these games.
Maybe the focus should be more about why Charlton can't fill their own parts of the ground. The obsession on the away end is quite comical. Apparently it's Millwall's cup final but there seems a lot on here who are already creating their excuses on not going.
From where I sit this is local derby and should be quite logical the oppo and home support turn up in numbers.
  • Anyone would think no one likes you.
