Hard to blame this on RM, perhaps the GPO.

Not had a season ticket for 2 years but they still have my details on the system i believe, will me and a few mates have any trouble getting tickets today for the game?

So...call yesterday, told come to North Stand and my reprinted ticket will be there. Wait 25 minutes in Q. Told not there. Is being printed now at main ticket office. So go there and still waiting in Q- another 25 minutes.

If tickets never actually turn up next week or so, then the police need to be called as obviously someone at Royal Mail has done something dodgy.

On sale to red card holders only as QPR sold out. But I reckon another fan would help if needed.

Just out of interest, when you renewed, did you have to re-enter your address and email info, or was it already populated on the screen? I'm wondering if part of this is a hangover from the database problems last year, when we kept getting renewal letters with other people's details on them.

Got mine at 11:45 - only one in front of me at the time! Not much of a queue. Now just loitering...

That was easy to use. First to use it in Eaststand apparently. Although, I can see crowds building later on before KO.

Lib was a nightmare, half of it shut off and was like a sauna, strolled down to the ground at 2, straight through turnstile and straight in crossbars now sitting with a pint

    Very civilised

That's not the kind of attitude we want

Sold my seat twice, Royal Mail cock up my arse. The guy they sold it to had his ticket come up as cancelled but they let him in anyway. He said he will contact ticket office to get a different seat but what a cock up.

My seats block h row cc 104 105 don't exist! They are theoretically in the gangway! How did that happen?

Well, if the other guy was a postman and he sat on his lap it's not beyond the bounds of possibility. Pretty unlikely though. :-)

I got my ticket today but the address on my envelope was completely random. I have never lived in Green Lane.

No season tickets via Royal Mail as of sat 8th august - 3 paid for in April.
Looking at the queues prior to the QPR game, I guess I was lucky in terms of :-

1 post came early on Wed i.e. 09.30
    No tickets

2 Being retired meant I could travel fom NW kent to Charlton on Wed am

3 on arrival only one ticket booth open but as I was the only Customer that was to be expected

4 tickets reprinted within 5 mins, very polite young man behind the counter,
he stated that the last tickets were sent out Friday and was surprised We had not got them-blamed Royal Mail .
    mmm!

    At least we won.

Walked up, touched ticket on scanner, walked in and sat in my seat, simple
  • Turned up at the North stand ticket office, no queue, told the lad behind the counter my name and he gave me my ticket and I was in the Royal Oak drinking a pint within 10 mins...FFS, how can you have an argument when they do that ? Totalling ruins the opportunity...

Arrived a little late. Got to my turnstiles around 2.45pm. Queued for 2-3mins. Placed card under red scanner light. Went in and sat in my seat.

The only thing which seemed to be confusing people was the fact that you actually have to use the turnstiles listed on the card. Lots of people at 31-33 moaning that they had tried to use 34 or 35 and had to queue again.

I had turnstile 27 on my season ticket. Came up as no entry at this turnstile, go to 30-31. Bizarre.

That was after playing "Hunt the Programme Seller" in Floyd Road at 2-15pm.

I'll tell you something funny , the lad that supposedly got his season ticket for being the 100th one to buy and was presented it by Jacko and Henderson.........had still not actually got his by this morning!

I won't even mention about the situation which occurred when I tried to pick mine up today . Let's just say the security mob had to come across to sort things out.

you could scan them on the bottom reader or the one above
had 3 kids and myself to scan in
had two first time successes and two second attempts on the above reader after failing on the lower one
but having half a brain cell I was reasonably quick NWQ entrance 2.40pm and no queue

Could anyone who has a over 60/65 ST please tell me what letter is on the left hand site, ie A or C or another letter. Thanks.

Logic suggests that a C is concessionary, but my dad who is 88 and been concessionary for many years received TWO season tickets both with A on them.

Does anyone know if you have a season card and renew next year do you have to have a new one or can they just load next seasons one on?

This would make things way easier surely.

I am over 65, and was a VIP concession for the last 5 years, but my new ticket has an A on it. Not fussed.
