    Wasn't Leslie John Phillips our goalkeeper for a while?

    Would certainly have a black and white cycling top like the ones falconwood did for us that helped us donate some funds to the upbeats.
  • Could try a CARD drinks night or quiz night or similar, sell a few bits run a few competitions and all proceeds towards the fund.

    Could also try let some Brighton fans know about this, they bat around on twitter seeming to want to help, I'm sure they'll contribute a little bit.

    Thank you to the two brothers ( I think) if you post on here. And as always the regular donators.

    Anyway total donated to date is £17,985.
    I am going on holiday tomorrow so if you do donate I wont be able to confirm immediately but will eventually.

    Thanks everyone.

    Have a great break, Curb_It.

    You deserve it for all the work you've put in for CARD on our behalf.

    After @Curb_It posted this, I paid another £550 into the fund of which £500 was a donation from a former player, who will remain nameless - but thank you to him and to everyone who has donated.

    So we're currently at around £18500 - wouldn't it be great if we could break through the £20,000 barrier by the time she is back?! Tall order, but you never know.

    As usual, there are lots of plans in place. I will do an update on expenditure after the Birmingham game.

    That is nice to know that we have former players who care enough to donate to the fund, care enough about the Club to do something about it. Thanks whoever it is, legend.

    You can have a pretty good holiday with £17,000.

    All we need is the Grand National winner from Peanuts and we will be over £20k by the time Curb-it returns.

    This would be the only target 20k that has worked ! Ha Ha
  • Good job Steve Jones. Knew he would come through !

    I knew it wouldn't be long before someone said that, I thought about it myself but being ever so slightly scared of a slow painful death I reconsidered. ;)

    I'm gonna guess as the former player chobbing in £500 for continued removal of the regime from a bunch of ex-players who might like to see Roland leave with tail between legs:

    Tony Watt;
    Chris Powell;
    Kermogant;
    Bikey;
    Morrison;
    Church;
    Buyens;
    Bulot;
    Wiggins;

    Fuck me my thumbs got tired there must be more.

    CP for me as the one most closely involved in his pundit role. Possibly Kermogant for the reception he got for his goals at the Valley.

    I reckon it was Shay Given pretending to be Dean Kiley.
