The reality is everyone that they are approaching within the English game is turning them down. There will be no English manager or if there is he will be as desperate as the board. The club is so toxic no one inn their right mind would touch it with a 10 foot barge pole.
Factor in who is in charge of player recruitment as there is no manager to list who he wants or cheif scout.3 -

They're dead in the water and they have absolutely no idea what to do next (I would suggest selling the club to somebody with a clue). The Red Robin said:Rich Cawley on Twitter saying there's absolute silence from the club with regards to any new manager.

I don't think they have any plans to appoint him. But when the realise that they don't have any other options an no one credible will come they will call him in from the network three days before the beginning of the season so he can 'begin building his squad'ricky_otto said:

They may not appoint Nobby now but I reckon he will / will have been our manager by the end of the season.1

The Club pushing info trying to stick a wet towel over the fire in terms of the off-season protesting. This is not true. He wanted to move back south. He has many friends and connections in this area. He only took the Sheff Unt job because RD would not put in writing that he control of the team. I can assure you this is 100% definate.alun_addick said:http://www.cafcpicks.com/cgi-bin/drkish/display.pl?month=201605&date=20160514&time=1137
Ketts suggested Wilder stalled our contract offer to allow time for Sheff U to come in.
***Hopefully*** that points to a shift in approach...

if they recruit an out of contract Manager/Coach we won't hear anything until they make the announcement0

Looks like me and Colin were correct #solidarity
Can't really blame Wilder but from what I've seen he's not really a man of ethics and I've got no doubt he'll move on up again from Sheff U in no time. At this point I've got next to no doubt that we'll get in a half decent English manager, but if the budget rumours are true then it won't really matter.
