    judge B decides that judge A's decision was wrong but instead of getting B to do sentencing they let A have another go

    Hurts both wrists in the fall.

    Has to go to hospital with sprained wrists after choosing to try and 'jump' from the top bunk.

    As he chose to try and get down that way injury was inflicted by himself.

    sentence increased to 15 years but has served two years so 13 years.

    Sentance increased to 15 yrs which is the minimum for a first offender of man slaughter but reduced by the time served already so the 13 is what he has left still not long enough

    Just seen this one. Surely if he'd jumped down with his blades on, he'd have knocked himself out when he hit the ceiling on the way back up.
