    No trains on the Greenwich line today

    Instead a half hourly service from Victoria (01, 31) calling at Lewisham and Blackheath

    Happy new year to the Daily Growler!!!!!! On the 0821 dartford to Charing Cross and it's like an effing make up parlour on ere! I am surrounded by about six women all applying their daily anti-Growler paint. Am I the only person who gets irritated by this? Is it even reasonable to be irritated by this? Bah wffing humbug!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely agree! Some things should be done subtly, in my opinion, so people don't realise you need growler paint! An awful thing to behold, even as a woman!

    I've been stood on twice, by the same woman, and some guys bag has been in my face whole journey.

    Otherwise trains are running fine on the Bexleyheath line.

    early sidcup line trains (6.20) were slightly screwed as they were waiting for train crew to get to dartford to start the train, but only 10 minutes or so.

    06.37 New Eltham -Cannon St arrived on time but minus heating in most of the train...I suppose I should be thankful it actually arrived.

    No trains on sidcup line till approx 9.30 due to overrunning engineering works..... heading to eltham....

    I managed to get the 06.20 Cannon St from Eltham.....it's going to get ugly later on this morning

    On a bus to North Greenwich. Eltham now screwy and didn't fancy the scrum so changed buses.

    Mayhem at dartford. Everything delayed and bexleyheath services being cancelled. Seriously considering going home.

    Broken down train at Dunton Green...disruption till 8am....at least I'd say.

    I'm on that broken down train... departed Tunbridge Wells on time at 05.17... two and a half hours later hoping to arrive at Sevenoaks in the next 10 minutes.

    Fuck that...great start to the week, Mrs Hastings not to happy trains are all over the place... that train you were on was it fixed or being 'towed' by another train to Sevenoaks.....assume you are now where you want to be.

    The rescue train arrived. But it wasn't able to pull the broken down train. So we all had to leave the broken down train and get on the rescue train. The broken down train could still be there! Got back to Sevenoaks 2 hours 20 minutes after leaving Sevenoaks.

    Train derailment in Lewisham area this morning. My train diverted to Victoria. Hopefully the network won't be grinding to a halt.
