The Premier League refused some bloke on the Fit and Proper Persons test who then went and passed witb a Football League team (Reading perhaps?) so says it all about the EFL.
Not 100% certain....but I don’t think that’s the directors box........I think that’s to the right of the photo. Can anyone confirm.....not that it really matters I suppose.
