Where is nla to tell us to all calm the.......... down!?
I am here but there’s no need to calm down as what will be will be
I heard it was close and I was told by someone else it was done and signed on Monday (but I think that text done the rounds to numerous people )
My own take on this charade is that it’s all too zabeel for me and I don’t like it one bit
Taking far too long for my liking for something that’s done and dusted or just down to FL approval
If it looks like bullshit smells like bullshit it’s bullshit
And this whole thing has been a load of bullshit from start to finish8 -
I smell it too mate..

Press Release
Friday 18 May 2018
Reads:
The Club can officially report that season ticket sales have hit an all-time high and would advise fans to get theirs now or risk missing out. In other news our Chief Operating Officer, Tony Keohane, has confirmed a bulk purchase of vol au vents has been made reducing the unit costs by 5%, with the savings being use to purchase additional bags of McCains 'value' chips (33% potato by volume) enabling the portion sizes to increase to 15 for the coming season. Tony is quoted as saying "I believe this development to be my greatest achievement".
Finally, our esteemed leader and all round good egg, Roland Duchatelet, was delighted that the club secured yet another season in the top league (Ligue Premier) by avoiding a heavy defeat at the hands of reigning European Champions Shrewsbury Town at the weekend. Roland also rushed to quell fears that he intends to sell the club, confirming that he is in for the long run and will be targeting the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in season 2018/19.
Ends.

The one phrase that has been said to me all the way through
“ The aussies don’t have the money “
That to me is why there’s a delay1 -
I have put information on another thread, but the transfer window is openRedmidland said:So here we are, transfer window opens tomorrow, we have no CEO, no CFO, no Manager, 4 loan players have left, JJ has retired and still we wait for RD to sell!! We have no idea who is buying us really, we just hope that people seen at the last two games are. Well if they are then why are they not trying to get the deal done this week? What has happened to RM giving updates, just like he did when the club were hoping to attract supporters to turn up in Feb/March. I smell a large dollop of bullshit and raising of false hopes. I really hope I'm wrong, but I fear this summer break will be no different from the previous ones under RD, and come August we will once again be left wanting. I wonder if we've all be sold a dummy?
Don't panic, but it's already open!
EFL clubs have been able to sign players since May 7, when the window officially opened for domestic registrations.
If a club wants to register someone from abroad though, this will open on June 9, which is determined by FIFA.

I was told a couple of weeks ago the the aussies were highly ambitious, massively unrealistic and needed backers.
Subsequent tweets about hoping a proper backer turns up would seem to echo this sentiment0 -

All rather concerning IMO.
Says it all when NLA decides to hide his big balls under a bushel.....1 -
Well that would explain the current state of play, or should that be no play!! All I keep reading across all forums from ITK people is "its done" "next week" "later this week" or "waiting for EFL approval", or its held up due to past directors loans, or RM is the sticking point. This saga has been running over a year and nothing has happened re change of ownership, absolutely nothing! Buyers have come....and gone, some buyers still around but not enough funds, others waiting in the wings....maybe!! Well we need something to happen soon, but im get more disillusioned by the day! Yes im pissed off that once again we are not in the game and we need to get good experienced bodies in and not be scrapping around just before the season starts. Rant over!Swisdom said:I was told a couple of weeks ago the the aussies were highly ambitious, massively unrealistic and needed backers.

The one thing I really don't get is that why the hell would you be at the games in the box and even go and buy a scarf in the shop if you haven't even got the money to buy the club. Surely you would know being in that box is going to start all the rumours off even going to supporters and asking what they want that's all to much if you wasn't very close to buying it !!2

They've made an offer. It's not ideally what Duchatelet wants but looks like all he's going to get.0 -

Rumours they wanted to pay some now some later , Roland not happy as he wants collateral on balance.nth london addick said:The one phrase that has been said to me all the way through

Also heard they preferred a Championship Club , thus the show up at play off time.
Time will tell but Ibhave said before I dont believe they have the cash.

Why would you fly half way round the world to look at buying a football club if you haven't got any money doesn't make any sense !!Davidsmith said:nth london addick said:The one phrase that has been said to me all the way through

To be fair, anyone can buy a scarf. If he'd bought flaggy there'd be more cause for optimism1 -

I am praying the delay is because the Aussie's haven't met his farcical, greedy price and that the old scrote has to take a huge financial hit equivalent in direct scale to the debt he has allowed to accumulate through his shoddy and absent mismanagement of the club. I wouldn't mind in that scenario if he ends up with a few cling-on extras just as long as they time-bound and more about face-saving than actually costing us real money in future and certainly that he won't have any controlling say in what happens to us in the future. The man is a germ and we need rid.1 -

It's going to reach 1,000 pages. Isn't it?2

If what I am reading is true we badly need @Redhenry lot to come back with another offer.3

Am I the only one not at all worried about the Aussies?22
-
They've been visible at the last two games which I take as good news3
-
I’m slightly concerned with the length of time, and money issue raised on here...if it falls through, Roland won’t buy anyone and I fear for next season.
Anyone heard from that other Nathan bloke who wrote to every millionaire?0
