Millwall fan is now fourth official how is this allowed.

Surely the FA should have a spare official incase of injury

Its the 3rd time he has done it apparently.
Sky said 2nd time this season with the other time being a win against Bolton(which was actually a draw), where he was cheering everytime the had a chance and jumped up and down when they scored.
Seems odd but maybe they have a standby fan at every ground/game? I dunno. Has it ever happened at the valley?
@PeterGage was the Fourth Official for the Back To The Valley game.

Thanks. Any idea how it works? Surely not just random fans asked?

I want to know what would have happend if the ref or linesman got injured.

So the ref was injured and replaced by 4th offiical, then at half time the spanner became 4th official.

If there are no spare officials at the Spanner had to become 4th official what would have happened if in the 2nd half a linesman or the ref got injured, surely u couldnt have a home team fan as linesman or referee that would be crazy.

Work will be one of those happy Mondays. Two away wins to discuss and enjoy. Unusual to find something so positive about Bleakburn.
That table is troubling. Luring me in like the Lorelei. Even after those wins, Rodent and his blue rats are flirting with my interest again. Hovering just above the line and showing that beautiful ability to lose late on.

18 goals conceded in the last 15 minutes of games this season. Sounds like they have the fitness levels of a pub team.
  • Next up for Millwall are :

    Middlesbrough A
    Rotherham H
    Swansea A
    Sheffield Weds H
    Hull City A

Seven points would be a good haul.

No points would be even better.

Still think they’ll be a championship club next season. Will be tight though

Cant see them getting anything in the away games, but Rotherham and Sheff Wed play closer to the Route zero, anti-football game that Millwall play (ie lump it up to Morison, hope to get a free-kick, and then lump it up to Cooper), so 4 at most for me.

they also have a cup tie which they will play a strong side in and hopefully get taken to a replay and lose.

Ha! A point but a late kick in the bollocks like that felt like a win to me.
