Today we say Happy 90th Birthday to Len Deighton, author, who specialised in spy thrillers.
Funeral In Berlin and The Ipcress File were two of his novels that were made into films and Michael Caine (only 85) gave memorable performances in both as the 'hero' Harry Palmer.1 -
