    So, the EFL and not the FA, deal with player registrations? Since when? (genuine question) and which body deals with FAPL players?

    I can see it now -  Charlton think they have got the all clear to play him 2 days before Millwall away. Hemed scores the winner, bowyer re-reads the paper work and realises it says we Can’t play him, the game has to be replayed and we lose 4-0.

    But speculate is all we have. I find it amazing that neither the FA or EFL have made any kind of statement.
