Have put this up before, but have seen a couple of people on the 'Lucy Kerr RIP' thread using exclamation marks.
Are they that insensitive, or just plain dim to see how inappropriate it is.0 -

I've seen some arsehole remarks on this forum in the past, but I think this tops the lot.8 -

Talk of 'modern usage', lanuage 'evolving' and me being a 'luddite' is as fatuous as it is glib. Let's pander to the lowest common denominator, that's real progress.
Good night.3 -

When classic albums are remastered and then additional bonus tracks are added which in general are bloody awful.
Plus the ridiculous need to add 3000 additional versions of the same song in a variety of mixes, with no noticeable difference in any of them!
If your gonna remaster an album fine but just stick to the f ing original track listing, I really don't want filler bloody tracks that are a total waste of space and inevitably detract from the original recording!5 -
I get really pissed off with people that don't know the difference between pissed and pissed off. I've seen it a few times on here recently and it really boils my piss. Here's a little guide to help any muppets who don't know the correct way to use these phrases:

Strange thing to get pissed about2 -
Adoring couples on the tube in the morning rush hour, clearly all loved up post-shag.
Nauseating at any time, but doubly bad in inescapable proximity3 -
People that are late all the time and think it's some sort of quirky acceptable trait
People who work on the tills in supermarkets who cannot count, or don't understand what to do when you give them a note, plus the odd couple of pence.6 -

Lateness pisses me off, it does so because being late for something or the thought of being late stresses me out and I will always give people the benefit of the doubt and imagine how worked up they will be getting.
Which I reckon is fair until you find it's the same people always late for everything without seeing to care, that gets right up my nose6 -
