he is still stable at the moment, was due to come of the HDU on Monday, however unfortunately has now contracted 'hospital acquired pneumonia' which has set him back somewhat. They also thought Monday he'd had a heart attack, however after tests they don't think he had, but he has had 'some sort of cardiac event'.
he is definitely more chatty the past few days and I've passed on all of the get well soon messages and messages of support I've received, he's more gutted he's missing the football !!!
he's still very ill at the moment and it's very much a waiting game but he's very appreciative of all of the support.
he'll keep fighting that's for sure.32 -

Come on, Les, get yourself better. Remember you singing every Charlton song that had ever been sung, word perfect, on the Lewis's coach all those years ago. Keep on singing mate!
