Anyone know of a contact e-mail for Valley Pass issues ?
For some reason no activation e-mail for registering to Valley Pass (or indeed a password reset as tried that on the off chance) appears in my e-mail account even though I have all other e-mails from the club getting through fine (for example I have a receipt for buying my ST and an advert for said ST sales both come through today).
Nothing in the spam folder.
I can log in to the ticket area of the site and the option to buy the streams is available but I presumably won't be able to watch said streams unless I have a Valley Pass account with the same e-mail address as my ST is registered to ?

What if you don't have Valley Pass?
Is the cost of that prohibitive?
In all honesty I'd given up pretty much as it all seems too stressful for a technophobic old git like me, not to mention the shenanigans, but I believe I have £45 remaining from my Season ticket. As a matter of principle I will not pay anymore than that to watch the Home matches I have already paid for.
In short will £45 cover the home matches and a Valley Pass subscription does anybody know?

You only need £27 for the home games package. You don't buy a VP subscription as well, just the home games package.

Well, how about this: the refund of my North Stand Lower unused student season ticket is £24 in 'Charlton cash'. The 'deal' to stream all 4 remaining home games alone is £27. That means I have to PAY EXTRA just to stream the games I have already paid in full, in advance for. I called the ticket office and got the stock reply: "that's the way it is I am afraid...………….if you would like my manager to speak to you about it, please raise your concern via the ticket office email address". Oh come on Charlton, that's not really on now, is it??!! It's not the amount involved, it's the bloody principle. Not a happy bunny!...……………...and there I was thinking that I was going to be able to watch all 9 games for free. I can't even watch the 4 home games without extra outlay.

Well, consider yourself lucky then. Your £45 gets you all 4 home games that you had paid for (costing you £27 for the 4 game deal) AND a free away game AND £8 balance towards your next ticket/season ticket purchase. Scroll down to the bottom of the 20% message and you will see there is a link to register on valley pass. Enter your name, email address and make up a password (make a note of it) and submit. Job done.
£27 pays for live coverage of our remaining home games.Up to you what you do with the rest of your cash. Form for getting your money back is up, put it towards next season ticket, watch some away games, or give it to the club, add £26.50 and watch all the games.0 -

My sons cafc cash is only £20 as he has an under 18 season ticket, he lives with his mum so his cash wont cover the remaining home games, I was happy to let the club have the money but I now think I'll set up an old firestick and put my iptv subscriptions on it so he can watch them and I'll get a full refund for mine and his and the club can go without my money.
They should have made it so you log in to valley pass with your Fan ID and if your Fan ID had a season ticket attached to it you get the home games and use the cafc cash for away games.11 -

So I have my personal refund in my ticketing account. However I bought 4 other season tickets for friends and family. These aren't showing and they don't have ticketing account themselves.
Does this mean they all have to register and open accounts? If so does that include the 7 year old?2 -
