We also got 8 old pound coins, a euro (thanks Thomas) and 25 Canadian cents.
Money will be going to the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust Covid19 fund based at the QE Hospital, the nearest to the Valley and overlooking one of our former grounds, Woolwich Common39 -

It's about raising awareness, which given it's made Sky Sports News and a journo like Henry Winter is tweeting about it, shows that it's worked.
And on top of that money has been raised for the NHS too.24 -

Any manager worth their salt would be supporting their staff and not expecting them to deal with issues that may or may not arise.eaststandmike said:

I arrived very late following a police van down the road, after realising the van was attending The Valley I decided that getting my dogs out of the car at the same time as their arrival could be misinterpreted so sat tight. I left without attending be it rightly or wrongly after 10 minutes or so 🤷♂️Hats off to the guys and girls who attended and a special mention to those inside, I’ve always been proud to be a fan of this club and it’s supporters but today reminded of our trip to St Truiden when first saw the unity of the fan base fighting for this club. So thank you all.32

Got into the West Stand but didn't go into the boardroom. Well done to all those that attended. Great speech by Darren and a blonde Lady who I didn't know. Makes me proud to be a Charlton fan. Best 1 pound I have spent.22
